{"id":2159,"date":"2022-03-07T11:27:35","date_gmt":"2022-03-07T10:27:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.osera.fr\/?p=2159"},"modified":"2022-03-07T11:27:35","modified_gmt":"2022-03-07T10:27:35","slug":"les-salaries-de-la-secu-regime-general-toujours-en-lutte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.osera.fr\/index.php\/2022\/03\/07\/les-salaries-de-la-secu-regime-general-toujours-en-lutte\/","title":{"rendered":"LES SALARIES DE LA SECU (r\u00e9gime g\u00e9n\u00e9ral) TOUJOURS EN LUTTE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Philippe MARTINEZ Secr\u00e9taire G\u00e9n\u00e9ral de la CGT \u00e9crit \u00e0 Olivier VERAN Ministre de tutelle de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Sociale pour demander l&#8217;augmentation de salaire du personnel de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La proposition de l&#8217;employeur visant \u00e0 n&#8217;augmenter les salaires qu&#8217;\u00e0 16 % des salari\u00e9s, n&#8217;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 du go\u00fbt de l&#8217;ensemble des organisations syndicales et on le comprend ais\u00e9ment, d&#8217;autant que la &#8220;mesurette&#8221; ne consistait qu&#8217;\u00e0 mettre au niveau du SMIC les 1ers niveaux d&#8217;embauche !!! Entre m\u00e9pris et &#8220;foutage de gueule&#8221;&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le 9 mars le Comit\u00e9 des Directeurs (COMEX) se r\u00e9uni. Les salari\u00e9s ont bien l&#8217;intention de faire entendre leurs voix. Voix que depuis octobre dernier ils expriment \u00e0 une oreille sourde !!! Mais les salari\u00e9s sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9s et ne lacheront rien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Alors le 9 mars 2022, les syndicats CGT de Rh\u00f4ne Alpes (entre autre) appellent le personnel \u00e0 observer un mouvement de gr\u00e8ve pour r\u00e9clamer une augmentation de salaire g\u00e9n\u00e9ral en revalorisant le point.
