APPEL DES ORGANISMES SOCIAUX A L&#8217;ACTION"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ce 8 mars 2022 les organismes sociaux de rh\u00f4ne alpes appelle les salari\u00e9s \u00e0 une journ\u00e9e d&#8217;action et \u00e0 rejoindre les rassemblements, manifestations d\u00e9partementaux, pour d\u00e9fendre le droit des femmes.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le personnel des Organismes Sociaux est \u00e0 80 % f\u00e9minin avec des salaires le plus souvent au smic et une \u00e9volution de carri\u00e8re bien en dessous de celle des hommes. Dans certains secteurs, notamment les salari\u00e9s de l&#8217;aide \u00e0 domicile, le temps partiel obligatoire est trop souvent la norme dont le salaire est &#8220;au ras des p\u00e2querettes&#8221; avec des conditions de travail d\u00e9grad\u00e9es (temps consacr\u00e9 aux personnes r\u00e9duits, amplitude horaire importante, d\u00e9placements importants&#8230;.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>POUR LE PERSONNEL, LE 8 MARS C&#8217;EST DENONCER<\/strong> LES INEGALITES ENTRE LES FEMMES ET LES HOMMES ET APPORTER LES PROPOSITIONS POUR Y REMEDIER.
